Klub Sport began seven years ago as a partnership between Phil Bagley and Bruce Ellsworth. The two competed in a number of club events and were renowned for their beautifully restored and reliable Porsches. Eventually, other competitors asked Phil and Bruce to do work on their cars. Since the early days, Klub Sport has evolved into a fully comprehensive race shop that sponsors its own series within Historic Sportscar Racing (HSR) which, appropriately enough is called the Klub Sport Challenge.

Klub Sport buys and sells vintage Porsches, restores them, and basically organizes what they call an "arrive and drive" program for their customers at 12 to 15 events yearly.

Klub Sport is a full service race shop/team. Clients own the cars, while Klub Sport handles everything else, from storing cars in its facilities,  preparing them for upcoming events, and performing maintenance, transportation, setup and every other detail for race weekends. Even hotel arrangements, entry forms and driver's gear are waiting for their arrival. All that is required of the driver is the hotel cost and rental car arrangements.
